From Brief to Final Course
Every project on this page started the same way — a conversation about who the room is for and what the day needs to feel like. A product launch, like our work for Lamborghini's Temerario reveal or the Tesla Centre opening in Gurugram, is paced around a stage moment: the menu has to move fast, plate cleanly under photography, and never compete with the reveal itself. A wedding runs on a different clock, with courses timed to the ceremony, the reception, and the dance floor, and a tasting menu built around the couple's own story rather than a generic banquet format.
What stays constant across formats is the process: a private tasting before anything is finalized, a menu built around the venue's kitchen and service constraints, and a service team briefed on the specific choreography of that day. The projects above are a sample — most of what we execute happens for clients who prefer to keep their events private, so this page will grow slowly and selectively rather than all at once.
